Change Management


Icon Water is undertaking a large Digital Transformation and Asset Management Program. Icon manages over 2 billion dollars of water and wastewater assets.


Torch was engaged by Icon to lead and develop the Organisational Change and Communication Strategy for the Business Transformation Program (BTP) .


Given the sensitivity of this particular program, Torch engaged a highly experienced local Change Manager to design the change and communication strategy for Icon. We undertook the role of trusted advisor and fostered and organisational and cultural readiness capability for the BTP.

We are tasked with providing change and communication solutions which meet the requirements of stakeholders and business process owners across the program. Torch established a training plan and has been instrumental in the hiring of the training team.

Icon were very pleased with the initial recommendations and strategy and subsequently engaged Torch to implement the strategy.

Torch continues to work closely with Icon’s senior management team, and wider project teams to implement the test strategies and ensure a successful BTP.
